Whether you're looking for a full workload or a reduced schedule, we're happy to tailor the role to achieve a healthy, sustainable work–life balance. You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy, backed by a collaborative and approachable team. After-hours are shared fairly, with strong support always available, and new graduates are eased into on-call duties only when they feel ready. Excellent support from vets, nurses, and owner Paul Cusack (extensive mixed & ruminant production experience) Encouragement to pursue special interests and CPD. What's on offer Attractive salary package, commensurate with experience, including up to 50% of CPD covered and one week of paid study leave per year.
