About the Position Seeking an experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to lead projects from inception through to successful completion. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, supporting tendering processes, and designing stormwater drainage systems, flood models, WSUD/OSD solutions, site grading and pavement design. Duties Lead and deliver the completion of projects or project tasks, ensuring client expectations are met. Manage relationships with clients, builders, and other stakeholders. Mentor a team of junior engineers to develop their skills and performance. Support tendering processes and prepare quality and construction management plans. Execute design calculations while managing time and budget requirements. Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field. Skilled in civil engineering software, including DRAINS, MUSIC, Civil 3D, HEC‐RAS, TUFLOW and similar tools. Strong knowledge of stormwater, drainage, flood modelling, WSUD/OSD, site grading, and pavement design. Knowledge of relevant Australian standards and regulatory requirements.
