Chef (Dubbo)

CHEF – FULL TIME Goldie's Café Dubbo, NSW Salary: $73,150 – $80,000 plus superannuation Goldie's Café is seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our growing team in Dubbo. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with menu specifications
• Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards
• Manage stock rotation and minimise waste
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Supervise and assist in training kitchen staff
• Work efficiently during busy service periods Requirements:
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years relevant chef experience
• Solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work weekends and evenings as required
