Job Location Site locations: Orange, Dubbo, Bathurst, Lithgow, Lismore, Tamworth and other locations in Recent South Wales and Australia. Work Mode Dispatch – On‑call ticket based / Freelance / Part‑time / Casual basis. SLA: SBD and NBD support. Responsibilities
- Handle desktop and network issues.
- Set up and maintain audio and video conference rooms.
- Install and upgrade operating systems.
- Apply patches, install software and hardware, and perform break‑fix operations. Qualifications
- Experience handling desktop and network issues.
- Solid knowledge of Wi‑Fi, LAN, WAN, switches and router configuration.
- Experience installing and administering Microsoft Office.
