Learning-led Wordsmith Wanted: help us make work more human Be More Human is looking for a content creator who can turn ideas about work, leadership, culture, and people into clear, practical, human‑centred learning or communications content for workplaces. You’ll help create learning, change and communication materials for some of Australia's biggest brands and non-profits across sectors from finance and banking to FMCG, and from hospitality to aged care, and more. If you love writing content that changes hearts, minds and behaviours, let’s talk. Responsibilities Imagine, draft and develop a wide range of materials including:
- Learning and training content
- Guides and book content
- Facilitator notes and workshop materials
- Scenarios, video scripts and role‑plays
- Short and long form copy for articles, posts and communication resources. About You: This is a outstanding fit for someone who:
- Can write with pace, clarity and nuance, adapting tone for the full spectrum of workplace roles
- Has a background in psychology, learning, copywriting, internal communications or OD/capability/training development
- Enjoys synthesising complex source material into compelling learning and change materials
- Has experience taking and responding to briefs that require distilling and interpreting the art and science of people, teams and organisations. Qualifications
