- Positive mindset: reliable, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference.
- Flexibility: availability to work across a 24/7 roster (mornings, evenings, and sleepovers) is essential for our residential roles.
- Compliance: a current NSW Driver’s Licence, First Aid/CPR, Paid WWCC, and NDISWC. Must be willing to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
