We’re looking for a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Manager to join our Technology and Transformation team. In this role, you’ll shape and run the governance, risk, and compliance framework across Technology—helping ensure everything we do is well‑controlled, transparent, and meets regulatory and organisational expectations. You’ll provide independent oversight and assurance, working closely with Technology leaders to embed risk and compliance into day‑to‑day operations and decision‑making. As a trusted second‑line partner, you’ll help build executive confidence while enabling teams to deliver efficiently within clear, practical controls. Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in IT, Risk, Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in Technology or digital GRC roles, ideally within large or regulated organisations
- Strong knowledge of Technology risks, including cyber, data, third‑party, and delivery risks
- Hands‑on experience setting up or assuring governance and control frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ISO)
- Experience supporting audits, including evidence management and remediation tracking
- The ability to translate regulatory requirements into explicit, workable Technology controls
