- Portfolio of 200 properties
- Conducting open homes
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Lease preparation and execution
- Occasional tribunal attendance (extremely rare) The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year Property Management experience
- Certificate of Registration (COR)
- Reliable car and driver’s license
