Job Requisition ID: 39278 Overview Join Monitor Deloitte as a Strategy Senior Consultant, tackling the toughest strategy challenges across diverse industries with a dynamic, motivated team. You will help clients design growth and competitive strategies, transform business and operational models, and create innovation and venture propositions that drive sustained commercial value. Responsibilities
- Lead a stream of work independently, determining client problems, co‑designing solutions, developing deliverables and presenting outputs to senior stakeholders.
- Guide research and analysis, selecting appropriate primary and secondary sources to gather and validate data or insights.
- Build strong client relationships to deliver projects on‑time and meet expectations.
- Direct and coach junior practitioners, developing their strategy consulting capabilities.
- Contribute to practice and business development activities, including best‑practice methodologies, thought‑leadership material, and sales deliverables.
- Collaborate with Deloitte experts across Access Economics, Digital, Sustainability & Climate, Engineering, AI, and Data.
- Participate in strategy workshops and interviews, facilitating client engagement.
- Work within a high‑performing team committed to excellence, drawing on Deloitte’s design thinking, digital, data analytics, and global consulting network. Qualifications
- Curiosity to learn and bring forward ideas.
- Solid research, gathering, and analytical skills to solve ambiguous problems.
- Comfortable with data analytics, applying insights to strategy solutions.
- Structured problem‑solving ability across a range of industries.
- Capacity to deliver work largely independently and master technical consulting skills to direct others.
- Fundamental project‑management skills: scoping, designing, planning, and governing projects.
- Experience building small teams, guiding junior practitioners, and building client relationships.
- Understanding of the end‑to‑end sales process, and ability to lead proposal subsections and internal initiatives.
