What You’ll Be Doing: Property & Tenancy Management
- Manage rental collections and arrears with accuracy and care.
- Complete tenancy sign‑ups, condition reports, lease administration, and exits.
- Coordinate property maintenance to ensure homes are safe and compliant.
- Maintain accurate tenancy and property data across systems.
- Represent matters at Tribunal/Court where required. Client Support & Engagement
- Build strong, respectful relationships with tenants.
- Provide guidance to support sustainable tenancies.
- Ensure fair and transparent allocation processes.
- Collaborate with support agencies and key stakeholders. Operations & Compliance
- Deliver high‑quality reporting and administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive team environment. About You
- Previous experience in property or tenancy management.
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
- Confident using systems and managing data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with a calm, empathetic approach.
- Highly organised with strong problem‑solving ability. You’ll stand out if you:
