Working closely with experienced chefs, you will prepare, cook, and plate menu items to perfection while maintaining immaculate workstations and upholding the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation. With a proactive "can‑do" attitude and dedication to excellence, you will support seamless, timely in‑room dining service, develop your culinary skills, and contribute to a cooperative, high‑end kitchen workplace where artistry, attention to detail, and refinement define every guest experience. Qualifications
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery and 1–2 years of experience in a high‑end or fine dining kitchen.
- Passion for gastronomy, with a love for crafting exquisite dishes and memorable culinary moments.
- Confident, polished, highly motivated, thriving in rapid‑paced, high‑volume environments.
- Maintains impeccable hygiene, food safety, HACCP standards.
- Communicates effectively with team, works seamlessly under pressure.
- Flexible, reliable, embraces a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
