Position Summary Manage and grow Chef Good's online community by being the day-to-day voice across social platforms, responding to comments and DMs, and building meaningful engagement with a health-conscious audience in a consistent, human brand tone. Work with marketing, growth, and creative teams to turn community insights, trends, and behaviours into improved content and campaigns that strengthen engagement, trust, and brand personality. Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Community Building
- Build and nurture the Chef Good community of loyal customers, health-conscious individuals and everyday advocates.
- Identify and engage customers who embody the brand's values and can become community ambassadors and content contributors.
- Develop initiatives that bring the community together through digital experiences, partnerships and real-life moments.
- Act as the connector between brand, creators and community ensuring a consistent and authentic experience.
- Recognise and activate high-value customers as trusted voices within the community.
- Community Insights & Feedback
- Capture community insights to inform brand, product and content decisions.
- Monitor sentiment, conversations and emerging trends across health, wellness and lifestyle.
- Act as the voice of the community internally across marketing, product and brand teams.
- Feed learnings into campaign planning and creative development to ensure relevance and impact.
- Contribute ideas for social content, creator collaborations and cultural moments.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure influencer activity aligns with brand campaigns.
- Stay across emerging creator trends, platforms and formats to keep Chef Good culturally relevant. Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, PR or community marketing.
- Well connected within fitness, food, lifestyle or wellness communities.
- Social-native with solid instincts for what resonates culturally and online.
- Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and contributing to content ideation.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple creator relationships and campaigns simultaneously.
- Passion for fitness, food, health, lifestyle and culture. What we offer you
