Located in South East Sydney, full-time, permanent

About the role: Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS) is seeking an energetic, capable, and flexible Reception and Administration Officer to join our South East Sydney Local Area Coordination (LAC) Service. Reporting to the Area Manager – South East Sydney, you will provide essential administrative and reception support to the NDIS Service, assisting people with disability to develop and implement NDIS plans that support independent and meaningful lives.

- New key point: Contribute directly to improving outcomes for people with disability through frontline service coordination What you'll do:
- Provide high-level reception and administrative support
- Deliver excellent customer service to participants and stakeholders
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient administration processes What we are looking for:
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (can be obtained during application)
- Certificate III-IV in Business-Administration or equivalent or extensive administration experience (desirable)
- Experience in working within a community or human services setting (desirable) What we offer:
