About the Traineeship Programme The NBMLHD Aboriginal Traineeship Program combines on‑the‑job experience with formal study delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), enabling trainees to complete a nationally recognised qualification while gaining practical skills. The program aligns with NSW Health’s Aboriginal Workforce Strategic Framework 2023–2026. Benefits
