- Research Grants & Contracts (2 positions) Location: Sydney, NSW Work type: Full Time Categories: Research Administration support Opportunities
- Two full‑time (35 hrs/week) roles: 1 permanent and 1 2‑Year Fixed‑Term Contract
- Level 6 salary from $103,866 + 17% super; Level 7 salary from $113,926 + 17% super
- Flexible hybrid working and optional 9‑day fortnight Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage post‑award research activities
- Provide advice on funding rules, policies and procedures
- Monitor sponsor reporting and compliance obligations
- Identify and resolve grant management issues and risks proactively

- Experience in administration, grants management or project support
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Level 7
- Significant experience in research funding or complex grants management
- Ability to manage complex grant matters independently
- Experience providing specialist advice on funding compliance and policy interpretation
- Capability to mentor and support colleagues Appointments may be made at either Level 6 or Level 7 depending on skills and experience.
