The Opportunity Reporting To: Estimating & Supervising Manager and Estimating and Supervising Lead. Key Responsibilities
- Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and repairs.
- Provide comparative quotes and estimates to our insurance partners.
- Review and compile content from specialist & trade reports for submission to our insurers.
- Build Trade & Supplier relationships and rapport.
- Ensure quality and cost management.
- Meet client KPIs. Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional service with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Build strong relationships and effectively resolve challenges.

- Insurance building industry experience is highly regarded.
- Experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs (insurance-related preferred).
- Knowledge of National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Competence with repair management systems, Microsoft Office, and a quick learner of new systems.
- Keen eye for detail in interpreting scopes of work.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring the highest quality of repairs.
- Proactive and team-oriented with a commitment to safety.
