- Oversee a small team and manage a well‑run portfolio of approximately 300 properties (primarily apartments) with strong processes and support already in place.
- Building and maintaining strong landlord & tenant relationships
- Handling escalations and providing solutions‑focused outcomes
- Managing arrears, maintenance, and compliance
- Attending and preparing for tribunal hearings when required About You
- Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
