Promotions Assistant (Dubbo)

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our dynamic & motivated promotions team at Dubbo RSL Club Group. We have some flexibility from casual employment through to full-time, based in Dubbo, NSW. This role operates on a rotating roster, so flexibility and availability across various days and times would assist your application. We have 2 positions available for immediate start. What you'll be doing: As a Promotions team member, your responsibilities would include assisting with administration duties, maintaining presentation standards for internal club promotions and facilitating Raffles and Bingo activities at both the RSL Club and Sporties. In addition assisting the Manager with membership aspects, booking entertainment and shows at the club, assisting with guest bookings and ticketing. As an ambassador for the club you would be engaging with patrons, and ensuring all promotions run smoothly and in accordance with club procedures. Hours are varied in accordance with the needs of the club including weekends and outside standard business hours on occasion. About you: Ideally you would be outgoing, creative and love customer service. No experience required, training will be provided. Proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach to your work. Must be available to work outside standard business hours and weekends when required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your voice. RCG and RSA certificates will be required and can be obtained during commencement.
