Casual Bar/Gaming Attendant
- Yennora Hotel 140 Fairfield St, Fairfield East NSW 2165, Australia What you'll be doing
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
- Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines
- Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue What we're looking for
- Must have a current Valid RSA, RCG, Advanced RCG & TAB AML Certifications
- Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.
- Versatile availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week
