Overview We are seeking a sophisticated and highly capable Head of Property Management to lead a well‑established department in the Eastern Suburbs. You will mentor a team of 10–15 staff, refine internal systems, and implement premium market standards. Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and drive performance across a dedicated team of 10–15 property professionals.
- Oversee department workflows, compliance, and best‑practice standards to ensure a seamless client experience across the portfolio.
- Manage complex landlord and tenant matters with professional authority.
- Drive the quality and stability of the portfolio while protecting the agency’s reputation.
- Serve as the central point of contact for the department, ensuring team members are supported, trained and hitting KPIs. Qualifications
- Class1 or Class2 Real Estate Licence (essential).
- Proven leadership experience at a Department Manager or Head of PM level (essential).
- Extensive knowledge of current legislation and industry best practices.
- Experienced in the Eastern Suburbs market and managing a substantial property management department. Benefits
