Software Solutions Consultant Exec (New South Wales)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as SaaS product and operational demonstration expert in support of sales efforts in ANZ
- Experience and understanding of operational solutions (Task, Scheduling, Timekeeping, Communications, Inventory, Actionable Intelligence), particularly in retail. The SC position requires experience, creativity, and calculation to be able to map solutions to customer business problems.
- Experience in business operations to facilitate dexterity in the position.
- Ability to ask questions, analyze responses, develop a thesis or strategy and articulate potential business, efficiency, and process opportunities.
- Experience in conducting discovery and needs analysis sessions that expose the business pain as well as the value opportunity of potential customers. Research including online, financial, and relationship networks should be leveraged to maximize discovery engagements.
- Configure and deliver product demonstrations using SaaS solutions that meet the business needs of our prospects.
- Position the SaaS platform value proposition as part of our overall business solution linking benefits back to the key business goals/challenges of the prospect.
- Prepare written responses to RFP's, RFI's, and prospect inquiries.
