Senior Consultant – Technology Implementation We’re looking for a motivated Senior Consultant in Technology Implementation for the Global Consulting/Professional Services team at Enablon. Enablon, a Wolters Kluwer business, is the world’s leading provider of Sustainability, EHS and Operational Risk Management Software. This full‑time permanent role is based in our Sydney office. About the Role
- Lead end‑to‑end software implementation projects alongside a project manager, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Facilitate and lead client workshops to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Maintain and enhance project documentation.
- Configure the software to meet client requirements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with specifications.
- Facilitate client training sessions.
- Supervise and provide quality oversight of partner work to ensure best practices are followed.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to project deadlines.
- Engage in continuous improvement of consulting processes.
- Execute product and solution testing phases. About You
- 5+ years of experience in software development, implementation or support, preferably within large‑scale corporate projects.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, .NET).
- Proven track record of end‑to‑end enterprise software implementation.
- Good understanding of web technologies and database concepts.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Strong client‑facing communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) is a plus. What We Offer
