Description
Part‑time, 30 hours per week (Monday to Thursday), Sydney CBD. The position is the face of the premium client floor in a high‑visibility environment. It supports daily operations, client engagement and internal/external events. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a five‑star meet and greet experience for clients, visitors and employees
- Assist with resolving office maintenance issues
- Monitor guest relations inbox and manage enquiries efficiently
- Coordinate meeting rooms end‑to‑end, including bookings, setup, catering and presentation standards
- Support internal and client events, including room set‑up, catering and pack‑down
- Maintain office presentation across kitchens, meeting spaces and common areas through regular floor walks
- Manage office supplies, vendor orders and process invoices with strong attention to detail About You
- Experience in customer‑facing roles
- Confident, polished and personable communicator
- Robust organisational and prioritisation skills from a fast‑paced environment
- High attention to detail across service, presentation and administration
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and clients
