We’re now seeking an Internal Sales / Customer Support professional to join our Professional Contractor Service Centre in Murarrie. This role is ideal for someone with:
- Retail sales experience (hardware, trade, tools, automotive, etc.)
- Experience in trade centres such as Reece Plumbing, Tradelink, Total Tools, Bunnings Trade, or similar
- A background on the tools who’s ready for a change of pace

- Provide exceptional service to Professional Contractor customers via phone, email and over‑the‑counter support
- Assist with product enquiries for diamond tools, equipment, spare parts and accessories
- Support the external sales team with quotes, orders and customer updates
- Manage warehousing tasks including receipting, despatching and stock control
- Process invoices and complete general administration
