Strategic Partnerships Administrator (Eagle Farm)

Lorna Jane has an exciting prospect for an experienced Administration professional to join the Strategic Partnerships team at Lorna Jane HQ.

Reporting into the Head of Strategic Partnerships, the Strategic Partnership Administrator will provide effective and efficient administration support to the Strategic Partnerships team to ensure customer satisfaction that contribute to our brand’s growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Order management (entering orders, invoicing, sending payment links, logistics, shipping)
- Supporting Account Managers across Australia, NZ, UK, USA, China/Asia
- Data entry and input management using excel and NetSuite
- Handling a busy inbox and responding to wholesale enquiries
- Daily data entry and keying of wholesale orders into systems
- Work with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and delivery windows are met for all orders
- Monitor and follow up on delivery issues

About You
- Have at least three years’ experience in an administration or data heavy position
- A real ‘go-getter’, super proactive with a fresh energy and a passion for success
- High attention to detail
- Customer focus with a service mindset
- Previous experience using Netsuite/NuOrder highly desirable
- Ability to analyse data and drive actionable insight
