**What you'll be doing**

- Working with a customer-centric approach, ensuring all touchpoints contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Being resourceful to find information, navigate systems and business technology.
- Process documentation, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
- Achievement of KPIs, contributing to an effective, high-performing team.

**What we're looking for**

- Passionate about customer service. Contact Centre experience is a bonus but not mandatory. Employment support experience is desirable
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Agile and adaptable.
- Microsoft Office and CRM platforms and willingness to learn.
- Positive approach to work with a focus on teamwork, collaboration and support.
