We are on the hunt for a high-performing Strategic Partnerships Administrator to support our internal key accounts team. This is a quick-moving role where no two days are the same, and precision, speed, and ownership are everything.

You’ll be the go-to across administration, customer support, and order processing keeping our systems sharp, our partners happy, and our team moving forward.

What you'll own:

Day-to-day coordination for strategic partners

Processing sales orders, rebates, and invoices

Acting as first point of contact for customer queries

Maintaining data accuracy across systems (NetSuite, NuOrder, PVX) (desired)

Supporting partner reviews, reporting, and promotions

What you'll bring:

A cool head under pressure

Robust admin and exceptional communication skills

A love of detail, structure, and getting things done

Experience in wholesale, customer service, or sales support (highly desired)
