The Role In This Role, You Will
- Perform hands-on tasks across various factory processes, including handling and processing glass products
- Gain experience across different areas of glass manufacturing
- Learn new skills with opportunities to grow and progress within the business About You To Be Successful, You Will Have
- Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse environment (glass experience is highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A strong safety focus, with attention to accuracy and efficiency
