- **About The Role**
- This is a casual role with flexibility and room for growth. As a **Vaccines Partnerships Officer**, you’ll play a key role in supporting the commercial success of our vaccine portfolio across Australia. Working closely with Customer and Commercial Managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll help build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the delivery of strategic objectives.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within the healthcare market
- Maintain regular contact with existing vaccine customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Provide timely and professional support to customers, responding to enquiries and building trust
- Prepare and deliver external sales presentations, proposals, and pricing within approved frameworks
- Conduct online research to support business planning and customer engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment, delivery, and after-sales support
- Gather and analyse competitor, market, and customer insights ** About You**
- To be successful in this position, you’ll be a proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys building relationships and taking initiative. Regardless of your years of experience, you’re eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution in a commercial environment.

- Experience in sales, business development or account management (healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices or pharmaceuticals highly regarded)

- Commercial acumen, with an understanding of pricing, margin, and revenue drivers
- A go-getter attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Flexibility to travel and support customers in-field as needed
- Experience in vaccines, immunisation programs, or primary care sales is a bonus, but not essential, training and support will be provided.
