We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Service Administrator** to join our client’s automotive team in **Brisbane, 4009.** This is a **permanent full time role** offering a competitive salary, Monday-Friday roster, and the comfort of being home every night.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**: This role is responsible for the administration of fleet maintenance for the branch rental assets. You’ll handle workshop bookings, quotations, customer enquiries, and fleet logistics while supporting the wider team with smooth day-to-day operations.
**ON OFFER**:
- $76,000 per annum + super.
- Permanent full-time stability (40 hours per week).
- Monday-Friday roster
- no weekends.
- Be home every night
- no overnight travel.
- Supportive team environment in a well-established company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and process Service Maintenance Orders (SMOs).
- Manage workshop bookings, prioritising daily work schedules.
- Provide quotations for workshop, service, and mechanical repairs.
- Order, receipt, and process supplies in Business Central.
- Support vehicle arrivals, disposals, recalls, and compliance inspections.
- Manage damage and extra charges through inspections and reporting.
- Liaise daily with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain strong compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**: **Essential**:
- Secondary Education Certificate.
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
- Manual driver’s licence (C Class).
- Previous experience in administration or customer service.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and customer relationship skills.
**Preferred**:
- Administrative or Business qualification.
- MR or higher driver’s licence.
- Experience in mechanical or parts environment.
