**Role**: Talent Acquisition Administrator **Location**: Murarrie, Brisbane QLD (Turrbal and Jugera Country) **Employment Type**: 12 Mth Fixed-Term, Full Time We’re Goodstart At Goodstart, we’re all about laying the foundation for better lives through amazing early learning experiences, and we know that we can’t do that without outstanding people! As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our recruitment processes through strong administration, data entry, and communication skills. You’ll work with teams across the business—including our Centre Support Office, State Teams, and Centre staff—to gather, update, and manage important employee information. This is a role for someone who loves systems, processes, and getting the details right—while building great working relationships along the way. **The role will focus on**: Providing accurate and timely administrative support Entering and maintaining employee records and information in key systems Liaising with internal stakeholders to collect and verify information Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day coordination tasks Maintaining clear and well-organised digital records **Your Impact**: **Data Entry & Systems Support**: Accurately enter and update employee information in HR systems, supporting the flow of timely and correct data **Stakeholder Liaison**: Communicate with Centre Directors, State Teams, and other internal stakeholders to follow up on required documentation or missing details **Administrative Support**: Assist with coordination of tasks, inbox management, document filing, and tracking of recruitment-related activities **Team Collaboration**: Be a reliable team player who keeps things running smoothly and helps the team stay organised **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to make admin processes more efficient and user-friendly **To be successful in the role you will have**: Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Administration, or similar—or 3+ years' experience in a high-volume recruitment or compliance setting 1 year experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Good communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR or business systems A proactive approach to solving problems and staying organised **What Goodstart can offer you**: Flexible work arrangements giving you choice about when and how work will be done in order to better manage your work and non-work needs (as agreed with line manager) Salary Packaging benefits which reduce your taxable income to increase take home pay Access to discounted childcare (up to 15%) Fitness Passport
