**Role Description**

This is a full-time in office role for a Mechanical Technician at Enerflex Ltd. located in Eagle Farm, QLD. The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintenance & repair tasks on a day-to-day basis. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operations & reliability of mechanical equipment used in the oil and gas industry.

A Mechanical Technician at Enerflex is responsible for performing a variety of mechanical tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery used in the oil and gas industry. Some specific duties of a Mechanical Technician at Enerflex may include:

- Installing, assembling, and testing mechanical components and systems in accordance with engineering specifications.
- Conducting preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
- Assisting with the inspection and testing of equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Performing repairs and replacements of faulty parts or components to maintain the functionality of machinery.
- Collaborating with engineers and other team members to develop solutions for mechanical problems and improve equipment performance.
- Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working setting for themselves and their colleagues.
- Documenting work performed, equipment status, and maintenance activities for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
