Accounts Payable/receivable (Murarrie)

**About the role**

Accounts Payable/Receivable position at Prime Air Solutions' offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for performing key accounting and finance tasks to support the smooth running of the business.

**What you'll be doing**
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconciling accounts and generating financial reports
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Payroll
- Proactively chase overdue accounts and promptly report any potential issues to management
- Liaising with vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting procedures
- Providing general administrative support as required
- Supporting the Director with Ad Hoc tasks

**What we're looking for**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in using accounting software (MYOB advantageous) and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bookkeeping experience advantageous
