Document Controller (Murarrie)

**The Opportunity**: A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Document Controller to join our Western Corridor Recycled Water team based in Murarrie 4172. As the Document Controller, you will be responsible for providing and/or managing design drafting and revisions for water infrastructure assets including treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, etc. You will also be responsible for the administration of technical documents and drawings within our structured document management system.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Performing (and/or managing) design drafting and revisions for treatment plants, pipelines, and pump stations.
- Performing drawing updates on AutoCAD or coordinating as required.
- Managing an external drafting supplier.
- Assisting in promoting sustainable design and value added engineering.
- Controlling the identification, acquisition, accuracy, recording, filing, and distribution of documentation.
- Ensuring all technical documents are controlled as per company and project procedures.
- Supporting the development of Information Management procedures and forms.
- Supplying reports on quality and performance.
- CAD Systems and Tools Development.
- Conducting and facilitating internal and external audits.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of training of CAD Systems.
- Evolving systems / implementing new methods and driving process improvements.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or other relevant technical qualification, desirable;
- Experience working within a technical document and drawing management system environment;
- AutoCAD Computer aided drafting systems experience preferred
