In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop and manage integrated production plans across make‑to‑stock, make‑to‑order, and engineered‑to‑order streams.
- Balance customer demand, inventory targets, capacity, cost, and service requirements.
- Plan and schedule production in line with labour, material, and testing capacity.
- Coordinate materials, lead times, and capacity while managing short‑term priorities and plan changes.
- Track order progress and proactively mitigate risks to on‑time delivery.
- Partner with Engineering, Projects, Sales, Procurement, and Manufacturing to support standard and customised valve solutions.
- Execute and analyse SAP MRP runs and manage production orders end‑to‑end, including creation, release, rescheduling, and closure.
- Resolve MRP exceptions such as material shortages, capacity constraints, and rescheduling challenges.
- Support inventory optimisation across raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished goods.
- Communicate production status, capacity constraints, and delivery risks clearly and proactively.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, data accuracy, and production flow.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Work in alignment with health, safety, environmental, and organisational policies and expectations. Who You Are:

- Experience in a production planning or scheduling role within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP Production Planning and MRP, or similar ERP systems.
- An understanding of integrated supply chain, inventory, and logistics concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools to analyse data and communicate insights.
- The ability to build positive working relationships and explain technical information in a clear, accessible way. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
