Based in Murarrie, this is a hands-on operations role suited to someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and keeping things moving across warehouse, orders, inventory and customer operations. Working closely across warehouse, purchasing, sales and customer service, you’ll become a key part of the day-to-day operational flow of the business. What’s on offer

- Successful Australian business with strong ongoing growth About the role You’ll help coordinate the flow of customer orders, stock and warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day performance. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating customer orders through to dispatch
- Supporting warehouse picking & packing operations
- Processing incoming goods and purchase orders
- Assisting with inventory control and stock organisation
- Supporting customer service and internal sales enquiries
- Liaising across warehouse and office teams
- Maintaining accurate system and operational updates
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency About you The successful candidate will bring:

- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or operations coordination
- Experience within fasteners, high SKU trade supply or similar industries (essential)
- Strong organisation and multitasking ability
- High attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Solid computer literacy
