You’ll oversee multiple cleaning contracts, manage client relationships, and guide franchisees to meet compliance, quality, and safety standards. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with a solid background in cleaning or facilities management who loves problem-solving, coaching, and building trusted relationships.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in customer service or operations management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning or facilities management
- Current Driver’s Licence, Police & Working with Children Checks
