**Role Overview**:In this role, you will not only provide exceptional service to our valued customers but also play a key role in business development, team building, and sales. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers through robust written and verbal communication, both in-person and over the phone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Drive vehicles as and when required.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and handle rental agreement documentation.
- Open and close rental agreements with precision.
- Promote and sell insurance products effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive attitude.
- Deliver impeccable customer service.
- Work autonomously as well as part of a cohesive team.
- Multi-task efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to commute and operate across multiple locations.
- Ability to work with Rental Car Manager is a bonus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Casual
Pay: $45,000.00
- $115,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20
- 50 per week
