Facilities Manager (Murarrie)

**About the Role**:

- Reporting to the Engineering Director your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Manage facility Contractors including HVAC, fire systems and gardens (3 buildings)
- Manage improvements and additions to NOJA Power facilities
- Coordinate works to building, office and production line electrical and data systems
- Provide Qualified Technical Person services consistent with NOJA Power’s electrical contractor license obligations
- Mentor Electrical Apprentices and run the NOJA Power Electrical Apprentice training program including recruitment, task rotation and training requirements
- Inspect, conduct risk assessments, and advise on production electrical test jigs
- Run maintenance program for production line infrastructure and equipment
- Manage support staff to achieve objectives

**What You’ll bring**:

- Electrical Trade qualifications, with minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience in managing external Contractors
- Experience in managing internal Employees including Electrical Apprentices
- Experience in an industrial workplace
- Teamwork skills
- Communication skills
