We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with rental car reservations

Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service

Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

Upsell additional products and services to customers

Maintain an organized and clean work environment

Perform administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Robust problem-solving skills

Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software programs

Ability to work adaptable hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $55,000.00
- $65,000.00 per year
