Customer Support Representative (Eagle Farm)

Haynes is seeking experienced **Customer Support Representative** to join our valued client based in **Eagle Farm**. You’ll be the first point of contact for inquiries, handle order processing, and ensure timely communication and updates.

**Position Details**
- **Start Date**: ASAP
- **Duration**: Ongoing
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM
- 4 PM
- Excellent pay rates

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Communicate proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Process and manage customer orders efficiently, including online transactions.
- Expedite backorders and provide customers with timely daily status updates.
- Support general administrative tasks as needed.

**The successful applicant must have**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or other order management systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
