We’re looking for a Technology Services Administrator to join our Brisbane Head Office team. As our Technology Services Administrator, you will be essential to the efficient operation of Information Technology at Lorna Jane, overseeing the administrative and operational tasks that ensure our IT systems function flawlessly. What You’ll be doing **As our Technology Service Administrator you’ll**:
- Serve as project coordinator and point of contact for the IT department, fielding requests, organising schedules, maintaining filing systems, and developing administrative process improvements
- Ability to move computers and setup for users
- Serve as an administrator for all tasks within the department including recording minutes, arranging schedules of events, proof-read documents, etc
- Attend various Lorna Jane sites to provide administrative assistance when required
- Manage hardware ordering process and coordinate inventory of IT assets
- Coordinate contracts with vendors and suppliers, including managing invoicing and payment processes
- Keep IT licenses and leases up to date
- Perform systems administration functions for designated information systems/technologies
- Manage procurement of inventory including documenting all equipment assigned to team members
- Perform work in compliance within specified warranty requirements and returns defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, document customer repairs, maintains and restocks assigned parts inventory
- Be responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory
- Provide project coordination assistance with special projects and any other duties as assigned by Leadership
- Promptly analyse incident tickets and end-user incoming call, problems, and support requests to determine restoration strategy and approach

- Experience working with all organisational levels and managing external vendors
- Demonstrated initiative, accuracy, and ability to handle complex tasks effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive key business initiatives
- The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and thrive in both autonomous and team environments
