**SERVICE DIRECTOR**

**_What will you be doing_**
As Service director, you are responsible for driving and achieving the sales growth and profitability of the Service business in Australia ad new Zealand.
This will be achieved by effective, timely and efficient execution of preventative maintenance, quoted work and emergency repairs on BSI Product lines. You be will be required to provide an exceptional level of customer satisfaction while providing a safe and satisfying place to work for employees and subcontractors.

- Proven technical knowledge and strong customer focus and experience from a service intensive business
- Financial understanding and interest (Profit and Loss understanding, top-bottom line)
- Previous experience in complex matrixed organisation
- Strong business acumen with financial results focus
- Knowledge of industrial related products and the service markets in Australia
- Competitor knowledge / experience an advantage
