About the Role

As Bar Systems Manager for BrewDog Australia, you’ll have complete oversight of the numbers, systems, operations, planning and overall commercial development of our entire business. This role will report directly into the BD AU CEO for all brewery matters, and the BD AU Head of Operations for all Retail matters.

This role will be split across our 2 key businesses in Australia, Brewery and Retail. This roll will be absolutely crucial to the smooth running of our day-to-day bread & butter of brewing + packing + transporting + selling our awesome beer, and delivering great consumer experiences in our Bars, for our Brisbane Brewery as well as our Australian Retail operations.

**Retail Responsibilities**

For the Retail side, the Bar Systems Manager will manage, and be responsible for the full spectrum of managing our back of house systems; ensuring the smooth integration of new products from the point of purchase from a wholesaler to the point of sale to a customer. This includes but is not limited to the management of Aloha, Deliverect, Kitchen Cut and Mr Yum for the managed retail portfolio in Australia.

The development of accurate Gross Profit forecasting and reporting capabilities will be a key target for this role in the medium term.

**Brewery Responsibilities**

For the Brewery, the Bar Systems Manager will manage, and be responsible for the full spectrum of getting our beer to customers and ensuring the brewery receives payment for invoices issued. The Bar Systems Manager will be highly organised, disciplined with recording orders and tracking orders, fulfilling orders, issuing invoices and trouble-shooting any problems that arise with any orders or stock movements from our Brisbane Brewery.

You’ll be working closely with the BD AU CEO, National Sales Manager, and Warehouse Coordinator, to get all our beer to the customers, and crucially record and report on our day-to-day, and month-to-month sales performance, and inventory management. Over-time, you’ll help improve our processes and systems, to become more accurate, reliable and productive.

You’ll have a full overview of our daily commercial business, and be the key business partner for our HQ Finance team for BD AU reporting and accounts payable for the brewery.

As a key person in contact with customers, 3PL partners, suppliers, and key internal stakeholders, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator, highly organised and a constant problem solver. Staying positive with customers and ensuring we always do our best to resolve order + stock + payment issues that may arise.

Role Responsibilities

**Retail**

**Management of Aloha/Aloha Delivery**
- Maintenance and upkeep of the front facing aloha screens across managed BrewDog Australia retail sites
- Addition and maintenance of PLUs across both wet and dry categories, including pricing

**Management of Invoices and Transfers**
- Addition of all products and PLUs to Kitchen Cut
- Addition of invoices to Kitchen Cut as required, or otherwise recorded
- General upkeep of invoicing and stock transfers from the brewery

**Management of Deliverect**
- Deliverect integration with all delivery platforms and Mr Yum, and the addition of PLUs into the Deliverect system as required.

**Management of Mr Yum**
- Ensuring the smooth functioning of Mr Yum from an operational perspective
- Making sure that the customer experience of ordering through Mr Yum is as good as possible
- Assisting with reporting of Mr Yum data when required
- Ensuring integration of saleable products within Mr Yum
- Working with the finance team to ensure accurate data and smooth financial reporting
- Maximising Mr Yum potential with regards to upsells

**GP Reporting and Forecasting**
- Ensuring that all wet products are sold at GPs as agreed with venue and operations managers
- Working in conjunction with the operations team towards a viable system of GP reporting

**Purchasing**
- Purchasing and curation of guest beer list for DogTap Brisbane
- Maintaining and developing relationships with beer reps
- Ensuring a saleable and appealing range of guest beers within the venue
- Support for Fortitude Valley’s team when required

**Brewery**

**Full Order Management for Customers**
- Daily receival and recording of POs received from customers
- Daily planning + executing order fulfilment for customers (with 3PL partners)
- Daily invoicing of customers
- Weekly Credit control / invoice payment terms management for order / invoices sent to customers
- Daily management of invoice tracker to ensure all orders are recorded in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicating with customers on orders that cannot be fulfilled / need to be modified / will be delivered later than planned
- Communicating with 3PL partners to ensure they have all required info to fulfil orders correctly and within the right timeframe
