The Role
- Assist with production tasks within the powder coating process under supervision
- Work across designated areas including loading/unloading, casing, or carousel operations
- Follow instructions from the Lead Operator while maintaining strict safety standards
- Undertake ongoing training across multiple areas to develop a broad skill set
- Maintain consistent productivity to meet plant KPIs and production targets
- Perform duties requiring prolonged standing and physical activity About You To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Demonstrate
- Good physical fitness, with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and contribute to a safe work workplace
- Effective organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Previous powder coating experience (advantageous, though not essential) What We Offer
