Operations Manager (Eagle Farm)

We're looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to own our fulfilment engine and build the scalable infrastructure that makes that growth possible. This is a senior leadership role with a clear pathway, for the right person, to COO. The Opportunity You'll take the wheel on everything that happens between a customer placing an order and them receiving it — and working with the people who make it happen! This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain a system. It's for someone who wants to build one. You'll be absorbing some current responsibilities and establishing operational rhythms and accountability structures and creating a business that can continue to scale. What You'll Own
- End-to-end supply chain with people leadership responsibilities
- Efficiency improvement programs
- ERP and operational dashboards
- Financial accountabilities
- Safety-first culture and compliance
- Build and expand the operation What We're Looking For
- 5 years in a senior operations or supply chain role
- Financial acumen — connect operational decisions to margin
- Robust ERP skills — NetSuite experience highly regarded
- A track record of building high-performing teams aligned to company values
- Growth mindset and continuous improvement experience with real world outcomes
- You understand and think about value creation, not just task completion
