About the Role This is a full time role where you will communicate across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will manage enquiries, support customers through technical questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide them toward the right solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team that values initiative, accuracy, and genuine care for the customer experience. Some weekend shifts may be required (none for at least a few months, and then likely a Saturday or Sunday only). About You You genuinely enjoy helping people and take pride in delivering outstanding service. You do not need to know our products inside out, as we will provide full training. What matters most is your confidence, curiosity, and ability to problem-solve. You may come from customer service, technical support, retail tech, or hospitality. Your key strengths include
