Who is ADAS? ADAS Solutions is proudly an Australian owned and operated company providing advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) and electric vehicle (EV) solutions for the automotive industry. What’s the role? As a key team member, you will ensure a seamless customer experience by managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and supporting jobs from enquiry through to completion. Other key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer enquiries, bookings, and providing accurate quotes
- Coordinating technician schedules to ensure timely job completion
- Keeping customers informed with regular updates on their vehicles
- Liaising with workshop staff, Site Managers, and Technicians to resolve scheduling issues
- Escalating service delays or concerns where required
- Providing general administrative support while upholding ADAS service standards This role suits an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. - Service advising or customer service/scheduling experience (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication skills and confident phone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with accurate data entry skills
- Well‑organised, able to manage bookings end‑to‑end
- Knowledge of motor vehicles or parts (advantageous)
