ADAS Customer Service Officer (Eagle Farm)

What's the role? As a key team member, you will ensure a seamless customer experience by managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and supporting jobs from enquiry through to completion. Other key tasks include:
- Handling customer enquiries, bookings, and providing accurate quotes
- Coordinating technician schedules to ensure timely job completion
- Keeping customers informed with regular updates on their vehicles
- Liaising with workshop staff, Site Managers, and Technicians to resolve scheduling issues
- Escalating service delays or concerns where required

- Service advising or customer service/scheduling experience (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with accurate data entry skills
- Well‑organised, able to manage bookings end‑to‑end
- Knowledge of motor vehicles or parts (advantageous)
