**About the role** The role of the Distribution Centre Staff is to support Distribution Centre management in running the performance of the warehouse to achieve the company vision and implement our 2030 strategy.

**What can you expect?**
- Receiving, replenishing, picking and dispatch
- Operating forklift equipment and/or undertake truck duties, where licensed and directed to
- Consistently, delivering high standards in housekeeping in the yard and championing the warehouse, whilst adopting safe work practices
- Participate in daily huddles and distribution centre meetings
- Actively participate in My Health Checks with Manager
- Adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong communication skills and excellent work ethic
- On the job training and the opportunity to move along the Reece Career Pipeline
- Team player, with exceptional safety awareness.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the staff, peers, and suppliers
